The IST consists of three instruments. The IST has peace and security organizations, environmental preservation organizations, and international generators.

The organization aims to combat global poverty, international security, and peace. In the event of an international conflict, the Peace Security Organization dispatches troops to the conflict-stricken areas. The military is dispatched unconditionally, and the IST helps rescue refugees and mediate conflicts through dispatched soldiers. Peace Security Organization seeks to address human rights issues and inequalities in every part of the world.

The Environmental Conservation Organization establishes international treaties and policies for environmental protection. It also plays a role in facilitating countries around the world to implement their policies.

The International Development Organization aims to develop the economy, society, and technology of all countries in the world. Every August, the International Development Organization publishes a report on the progress of social development in various countries along with an activity report.
