The Peace Security Organization, Environmental Protection Organization, and International Development Organization that make up the IST each have 10 organization members.
The member of all organizations is changed through voting every five years.
Every five years, one candidate is selected from each country around the world.
Candidates from each country present the policy direction they would like to pursue if they participate in the IST. The members of each organization are decided through a vote by all citizens of the Earth.
The voting day for organization members is held for two days from the first Monday to Tuesday of August every five years. The age to vote is 18 years or older. Candidates from countries that have not adhered to the policies announced by the IST over the past 20 years cannot be included as candidates for members in the organization. To prevent power differences between organization members, voting results are not disclosed to anyone.
